2024 Color of Mitigation

My work in the criminal Justice field started in 1993 at the Louisiana Crisis Assistance Center. As a novice, I learned mitigation work boots on the ground. My experience also includes fact and mitigation investigation with the Orleans Parish and Jefferson Parish public defender officers as well as capital fact and mitigation investigation as a contractor with the Mwalimu Center for Justice (formerly CPCPL) and private clients.  I also go by the name of Mlinata in the defense community.
